How long will a balloon arch last?
Our balloon arches can last anywhere from 3 to 7 days indoors, depending on temperature and conditions. Outdoor arches may last 24–48 hours due to exposure to weather.
Can the balloon arch be set up outdoors?
Yes, balloon arches can be installed outdoors, but we recommend placing them in shaded or sheltered areas to extend their longevity. We will advise on suitable setups based on your venue.
Can you install at a specific time?
Yes, just let us know. However, installations at unsociable hours will incur additional fees.
Are the balloons eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use 100% natural latex balloons, which are biodegradable and break down in six to forty-eight months, making them an environmentally responsible choice.
What colours and styles are available?
We offer a wide range of colours and finishes including matte, metallic, and pearl. Balloon arches are fully customisable to suit your theme, brand, or event palette.
How much space is needed?
It depends on the size of your arch, but we’ll work with your venue dimensions. Most arches require at least 2–3 metres of width and height for optimal presentation.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute requests may be possible depending on availability.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes, we provide full delivery, setup, and breakdown services (additional cost) across London, the Cotswolds, and other areas by request.
Do you provide event paperwork?
If you need us to provide any custom risk assessments, or mockups, these will be charged separately - so please contact us.
Where in London do you deliver?
We deliver all over London. However, some locations are trickier than others. If your event is at a location with minimal parking, or loading bay access, please let us know in advance.
